I came across these images today and have fallen deeply in love with the work of Neil Barratt. For the simple reason that I LOVING those see through black leggings.
I also love the gothic graphic edge to the collection as well. Bandage designs, straps and graphic lines.
Traditionally a menswear designer, the Belgium designer brings mannish tailoring aspects to his clothing. Boxy boyish shapes end in short hems showcasing long legs! Not for the faint hearted!
