The two women entered the department store between E. Eighth and E. Ninth streets at 3 p.m., when one of them nonchalantly placed merchandise in her bag, while the other acted as a lookout, before both fled with their ill-gotten children's stuff, cops said. Anyone who provides police with information leading to an arrest can expect up to a $2,500 reward through the NYPD's Crime Stoppers program.
