American Apparel has filed for bankruptcy protection this morning.
While this doesn't mean that the company are closing, it doesn't look good. They posted insane loss of stock value last year - 87% and are seriously in debt. They are also still battling Dov in court as well which is costing a fortune.
I don't see this ending well for anyone involved.
