You'd feel sorry for her really.....

 I feel so sorry for this girl  - I have no idea who Arta Dobroshi is - but I feel her pain. I recently purchased two skirts from Awear that while they are gorgeous - they are mad flighty! One gust and they are gone! Naturally Ireland being a total wind free country helps......so I felt the pain your wan must be feeling this morning when she opened the papers in Cannes and saw that while she was twirling for the paps - this happened....

At least when my skirt blew up on Shop Street the only person who saw was a slightly disgruntled pigeon......(side note - He didn't seem impressed)
