Andre' 3000 Plays Jimi Hendix in Biopic!

André 3000 will play Jimi Hendix in the new biopic All Is By My Side of the legendary rock musician! The long talked about and delayed project has been in the works for a few years now. André began filming back in 2012 and the film has already premiered at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival back in September of last year and will have a wide release to theaters on September 2014!

All Is By My Side is a British-Irish drama about the Legendary Musician Jimi Hendrix which is set in London between 1966-1967 was written and directed by John Ridley. Due to the fact that Hendrix's estate (Experience Hendrix LLC) officially denied requests to use the singer's music for the film the producers were only able to use music prior to the release of Jimi Hendrix's debut album Are Your Experienced. The film hits theaters on September 26, 2014!
